We are a Hybrid Pay-and-Claim Clinic
Note that RENU Health Clinic does not work under direct billing insurance. Patients will be required to settle invoices directly with RENU and can then submit a claim to their insurance, pending their coverage. RENU team members will provide support to our patients in directing them on the process for reimbursement and will provide the necessary documentation needed to claim.
Although we operate as a pay-and-claim clinic, we collaborate with our network partners to facilitate insurance coverage and direct billing for imaging, prescriptions, and lab tests on behalf of our patients.
Although it is the patient’s responsibility to check their coverage and submit claims for an out of network provider – chiropractor (alternative medicine), physiotherapist, dietician, psychologist, family medicine and internal medicine – the RENU Patient Concierge will gladly assist with any questions throughout the process. Should your insurance require a referral, one of our RENU team members will gladly issue as needed.

At RENU, we prioritize a thoughtful approach over haste. Our team is committed to supporting patients in uncovering the underlying causes of their ailments. This cannot be achieved under time constraints or in an environment where quantity outweighs quality, or where patients encounter a different doctor at each visit. We understand that there is no universal treatment plan suitable for any two patients and do not practice the one-size-fits-all model. Our practitioners devote uninterrupted one-on-one time to each patient during every appointment.
For this reason, we do not work under insurance. This ensures every patient is given the time and attention needed to foster true healing, partnering with a familiar team of medical professionals to develop sound strategies for optimal health.
